Coffenberry Middle School has an opening for a cheerleading coach for the 2026/27 school year. 

Minimum qualifications: 

Previous cheer coaching experience preferable. Must meet certification requirements as established by the Oregon School Activities Association.  Must be sufficiently skilled in coaching methods, injury prevention, and technical/strategic knowledge.  Playing background is desirable.  Must hold a current first aid/CPR card. Ability to interact positively with school staff, students, and parents

Duties:

Direct and implement all phases of the cheer program including, but not limited to, staff training, camps,
program organization and administration.

2026/2027 cheer season

If you are currently employed as a coach in the district you need to submit a letter of interest  via email to tabitha.roberts@susd.k12.or.us

Salary per season- $2,594-$3,033 depending on experience
